Batteries Inc. offers several shipping options via UPS, including Standard, 3 day, 2 day, and Next Day Air. Batteries Inc. does its best to calculate the shipping cost of your order based on weight and ship to zip code. We will contact you if the shipping charge is out of line with the published UPS rate. Batteries Inc. reserves the right to not ship your order if you do not agree to the increase in shipping costs. Orders placed before 2PM will be shipped that day. Battery packs will typically have a lead time associated with the assembly process. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for your specific lead time.
Shipping discrepancies must be reported to Batteries Inc. within seven days of receipt of merchandise.
Returns and Exchanges
Batteries Inc. may accept a return or exchange of merchandise within 14 days of the invoice date, subject to terms and conditions below. Please send a request to email@example.com or call (800) 638-0224 .
Any merchandise that is in the original packaging and unopened may be returned to Batteries Inc. within 14 days of invoice for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges, delivered and returned. All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization number. Returned items must be in new condition and in original packaging without any markings. Returns not meeting these requirements are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Batteries Inc. is not responsible for any shipping damages on items being returned.
If merchandise is defective, it must be returned to Batteries Inc. within 14 days of the invoice date or within specified warranty period with a return authorization number to be determined defective. Batteries Inc. is not responsible for shipping damages on items being returned. Products found to be non-defective will be returned to the customer at their expense. Warranty items do not apply to improper care of products or damages caused by the customer.
Batteries Inc. must be notified of damaged merchandise in transit immediately, and no later than 7 days of receipt of merchandise. All original packaging must be kept with the damaged items until notified otherwise.
If delivery is refused upon attempt to deliver, a refund will be issued excluding shipping charges, delivered and returned. A 15% restocking fee may be charged.
How to Return Merchandise:
Please call Batteries Inc.’s customer service department at (800) 638-0224 for return approval and a return authorization number. Batteries Inc.’s customer service department will give further instructions on how to return items. The return authorization number must be listed on the label and the document inside the packaging. Failure to do so could result in a non-refund. Please properly pack the merchandise to be returned. Also, please insure any package unless a Batteries Inc. customer service representative has arranged for pick up. Batteries Inc. is not responsible for any merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Any merchandise returned to Batteries Inc. without prior approval could result in a non-refund.
Batteries Inc. and the manufacturer provide a 30-day limited warranty to include all products free from defect. The warranty does not cover damages due to incorrect product use, neglect or abuse. Batteries Inc. will not assume responsibility for damages that defective products might cause (i.e. leaking batteries ruining a flashlight).
