Ordering

We ship orders usually withing 24 hours
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
We ship orders Monday thru Friday 8-5 PM EST (Except Holidays)
Our payment process is secured
We will accept your UPS, Fedex, or DHL account numbers for shipping
Customer is responsible for their order once the tracking number indicates it has been delivered to your address.

Shipping

All orders will ship from Upper Marlboro, MD
Backorders: We will notify you if there is any delay in shipping.
We will not substitute any item unless we first have your approval
Shipping charges are determined by weight and zip code
If your business address has a residential zip code, the appropriate shipping charges will apply.
Batteries Inc. does not charge any type of handling fee
All orders are shipped UPS Ground. If you need a more timely shipping method, please indicate your choice at time of checkout
All international orders will be shipped via customers account number
We require a street address for all orders.

Returns

Batteries Inc. will accept any item returned to us in its original box/packaging within 30 days of purchase (with the exception of special order batteries or custom assembly battery packs)
Customer is responsible for all freight charges on returns unless we have made the shipping error.
Restocking fee- 25% may apply
Please contact us before returning your order.
We are not responsible for any damages to property or person caused by misuse of batteries, battery packs or flashlights.
We honor all of the manufacturer warranties.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will be added to your invoice total in the State of Maryland.
