Does Batteries Inc stock the items sold on the website?
Yes, we stock almost all of the items on our website.



Once I place my order, how long until it ships?
We typically ship your order the same day.



If I order a Power-Sonic battery, does the battery come charged?
Yes, all Power-Sonic batteries come fully charged.



Can I use my UPS account number on the website?
At the present time we cannot accept your UPS number to ship. Hopefully in the future we will be able to accept customer UPS account numbers.



How should I dispose of my used batteries?
Alkaline – batteries can be disposed of with your normal household garbage. Do not dispose of used batteries in fire, they could explode.



Rechargeable, Lithium, Lithium-ion and ZincAir – please go to battery recycle for your nearest location.



Sealed Lead Acid – Return them to place of purchase, ask your local car battery supplier or look in the yellow pages under "Recycling Centers" for a list of recyclers.
